The takeover of the Air Link Group by StrongPoint has been completed as of June 2022.
StrongPoint ASA (StrongPoint, ticker: STRO) recently announced the signing of the final share purchase agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% of the shares in Air Link Group Limited (ALS) with its subsidiaries.
